Dustin A. Arnette is an attorney with the firm.
Mr. Arnette graduated magna cum laude from East Carolina University in 2004 earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He received his law degree from Capital University Law School in 2007, graduating cum laude. Mr. Arnette is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio.
Mr. Arnette works both in the firm's securities litigation practice and consumer class action practice. His primary responsibilities include legal research and writing, specifically drafting Statements of Claim for securities arbitrations and various legal briefs in class actions. Mr. Arnette is also involved in the discovery process of both securities arbitration and class actions, coordinating discovery documents and requests, and reviewing discovery documents.
Mr. Arnette's previous legal experience includes working for the Ohio Department of Transportation assisting in the Department's administrative dispute resolution process. He has also published articles in the Tort Law Journal of Ohio, where he served as a Staff Writer and later a Contributing Editor. Additionally, Mr. Arnette has worked for judges at both the Ohio Supreme Court and Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.
